Digital Content Producer

• 4 days/week onsite in Chicago
  
  

Looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Content Producer to lead the execution of digital content strategies across web properties within a vibrant healthcare environment. This pivotal role involves managing day-to-day content publishing, supporting web operations, and collaborating with creative and technical teams to enhance the patient digital experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking setting, bringing technical acumen, content management expertise, and a passion for delivering engaging online experiences. Required Skills

• Proven experience with CMS content publishing (Contentful or AEM)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign
• Experience with technical CMS functionalities
• Strong understanding of web publishing workflows
• Ability to interface effectively with creative teams to understand specifications
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  
  

Nice To Have Skills

• Prior experience with SEO best practices and optimization
• Basic understanding of JSON and form building
• Experience working with Jira and Brandfolder
• Web design/development background
• Knowledge of Contentful and Sitecore platforms
  
  

Preferred Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in online content production, web publishing, or digital operations
• Experience working in healthcare, e-commerce, or digital marketing environments preferred
