Opened in 1964 as the only skilled-care facility in Minnesota exclusively for men, Mission Nursing
Home provides short-term and long-term care for up to 65 residents who may be experiencing a variety
of physical and behavioral health issues. Services include skilled nursing care, physical, occupational
and speech therapies, nutrition assistance, and social and recreational activities to help residents attain
the optimum quality of life.
Position: Dietary Aide
Responsibilities:
Lifts and carries items weighing up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis. Each day is spent standing 80%
of the time, walking 20% of the time and sitting 0% of the time.
This position requires infrequent stooping, bending and squatting. On a frequent basis, may be required
to reach at, above or below shoulder level.
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting pay 22.81/hour depending of qualifications and experience.

- Preparing to serve meals, dishing dessert, serving meals, bussing, doing dishes, Cleaning
- Being a team player
- Desire to provide excellent service with a smile
- Desire to positively influence a Residents Day by providing intuitive service
- Detail oriented and a desire to excel within the food service industry
- Must be able to follow instruction
- Must be able to maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
- Need to be able to read the English language
- Prior experience a plus, but not required
