Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced MRI Supervisor to oversee MRI operations, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional patient care. This role involves supervising technical procedures, managing staff schedules, and fostering a collaborative environment to support efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, advanced MRI expertise, and a passion for team development.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical and compliance measures for all MRI operations.
- Assist with scheduling staff to align with patient volume needs.
- Participate in the hiring process for new team members.
- Supervise MRI procedures, ensuring safe and effective patient care.
- Perform MRI technologist duties as required.
- Act as a coach and mentor to staff, promoting collaboration across all departmental levels.
- Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule (Saturday and Sunday, 8 AM - Noon).
Must Haves:
- Associate's degree or equivalent from an approved Medical Radiographic Program.
- Advanced MRI certification.
- Minimum of three years of experience in MRI.
- At least two years of experience as a lead tech or supervisor.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with ACR accreditation.
- Active MRSO certification.
Location: Berlin, VT (On-site role).
Salary: $85,675 - $128,502
- Signing bonus: $15,000 paid in three equal payments.
