Responsibilities
Perform routine radiological X-ray and CT procedures as prescribed by physicians or healthcare providers
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and cooperation throughout imaging procedures
- Follow radiation safety protocols and ensure accurate patient positioning
- Provide direct patient care to individuals of all age groups
- Educate patients on procedures, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience
- Monitor patients during and after procedures, reporting any adverse reactions
- Maintain accurate records of imaging procedures, patient details, and radiation doses
Comply with all hospital, departmental, and organizational policies and safety guidelines
Must Have’s
Vocational/Technical Degree in Radiography Program
- 1–2 years of Radiology or X-ray experience
- ARRT Registry eligible (must obtain within one year of hire)
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer and clerical tasks
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
