Our client is seeking an experienced REGISTERED NURSE (RN) - CATH LAB to provide exceptional patient care within a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This mid-level role is ideal for candidates with significant experience in Cath Lab, ICU, or Emergency Department settings. RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist with a variety of procedures, including TCAR, AAA, peripheral vascular, pacemakers, defibrillators, right and left heart catheterizations, STEMI, and stroke cases. * Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to patients undergoing complex procedures. * Maintain compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards. * Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, responding to emergency cases as needed. * Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and successful outcomes. MUST HAVES: * Associate degree in nursing (ADN). * Active RN licensure in the state of Idaho or eligibility to obtain licensure. * Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke. * Recent experience (within the past 2–3 years) in Cath Lab, ICU, or Emergency Department settings. NICE TO HAVES: * Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred. LOCATION: LEWISTON, ID . SALARY: $74,090–$124,550 (based on experience). * SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS: * Evening Shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM): 8%. * Night Shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM): 11%. * SIGN-ON BONUS: $20,000. * CALL PAY: $4.00/hour while on call (minimum of 8 shifts/month with 1–2 weekends/month). * CALL BACK PAY: 2-hour minimum at time and a half when called in. WORK HOURS * SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (7:00 AM–3:30 PM).
