About Us:
At Mission X Escape, we design puzzles, create riddles, and craft immersive themed rooms. You’ll work alongside a creative, energetic team dedicated to delivering one-of-a-kind experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests, explain game rules, and introduce room concepts.
- Monitor games via camera, offering hints and assistance as needed.
- Reset game rooms after each session.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and game rooms.
- Handle customer inquiries and bookings via phone and email.
- Manage online reservations and schedules.
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Promote our business through social media platforms (Facebook, Yelp, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Assist with creative tasks, such as building puzzles and gadgets.
