Medical Front Office Position - Full Time (Mission Viejo)
Receptionist needed for small dermatology office.
Job Description:
Greet and register patients. Data entry of patient information/insurance. Prepare/retrieve/file charts. Schedule/confirm appointments and collect co-payments. Manage phones. Job hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate should reside in the South Orange County area. Prior medical office experience preferred. Some knowledge of medical terminology, dermatologic procedures, and medications used. Warm and caring personality with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
$20 - $22 per hour depending on experience, plus benefits (except health insurance).
