This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations.

HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. The Systems Engineer will conduct research, analysis, and integration of advanced training concepts and technologies. This role involves advising on new technology development, system integration, and training adaptation, ensuring high-quality engineering solutions for both domestic and international partners.

What You Will Do

• Analyze current and future training capabilities, requirements, deployments, and integration.
• Research and assess advanced training concepts and technologies for system improvement.
• Provide advisory support on the development of new training technologies.
• Recommend strategic project direction to leadership based on technical evaluations.
• Deliver technical and program briefings to government and contractor personnel.
• Collaborate with customers and strategic partners (domestic and international) on training adaptation and integration.
• Work with Program Management and senior Leadership to ensure team performance and final product quality.
• The Systems Engineer operates in structured engineering environments, collaborating with government agencies, contractors, and training professionals to advance training technologies and system integration.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and integration skills in training systems and subsystem platforms.
• Ability to develop and deliver technical briefings and strategic recommendations.
• Understanding of industry-standard practices related to system engineering and training technologies.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Ability to obtain TS Clearance.
