Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is hiring a Cyberspace Training Specialist to support full-spectrum cyber operations at Fort Meade, MD.
As a Cyberspace Training Specialist you will be responsible for educating and training organizational teammates about cyberspace. Your experience will be invaluable in assisting in planning, developing, and evaluating training programs. Utilizing your experience you will conduct needs based assessments and devise training programs to minimize any training deficiences. As a critical asset, you will be instrumental in ensuring the readiness of the organization.
An active TS/SCI Clearance with Poly is required for consideration.

- Must possess a Training Development Certification

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in providing classroom-based training including:
- Developing and providing technical and end-user training on technical subject matter.
- Evaluating training and assessing the effectiveness of training to ensure training meets objectives and standards.
- Planning and scheduling training and exercise events and observation activities.
- Preparing and coordinating training plans, schedules, and reports to meet mission needs.
- Identifying, tracking, and resolving issues impacting training.
- Leading the design and development of operational training instructions, materials, and products.
- Conducting the research necessary to develop and revise training courses.
- Preparing instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids) as well as student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms).
- Training personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops and seminars.
