What are the responsibilities and job description for the CYBERSPACE READINESS AND JOINT TRAINING SPECIALIST with Security Clearance position at Mission Support and Test Services, LLC?
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience with and understanding of DOD’s Cyber Terrain Education:
- BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience. Experience:
- Five (5) years relevant experience in IT/CS Certifications:
- DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level III Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assists with Cyberspace readiness and joint training. Supports all phases of the Joint Training System to include analyzing mission requirements; developing training, objectives, and plans; executing, observing, evaluating training events and conducting ongoing readiness/assessments.
- Evaluates the readiness reports to determine if they adequately provide sufficient information and helps compile the data into meaningful readiness indicators.
- Enables and solicits understanding of integrated Cyber and critical mission requirements during times of mission constraints.
- Proposes Cyberspace courses of action to mitigate risk, preferably, to pre-position the enterprise with acceptable risk mitigation and readiness before any exercise.
- Assists in making recommendations to leadership and staff concerning updates/changes and in assessment criteria.
- Assists in preparing for joint training meetings and completing any after actions.
- Provides lessons learned and after-action reports, tracking integrated actions until closure and escalating to support integrated business risk governance.
- Provides support using the Government provided automated software tools, when applicable, and IAW the suspense assigned by the Government or through the Government staffing process.
