HOUSEKEEPER

• Vacuum apartments, common and office areas

• Dust apartments, common and office areas

• Empty trash from apartments, common areas, bathrooms and office areas

• Clean carpet in apartments, common office areas

• Clean bathrooms in apartments, common and office areas

• Clean entryway, patios, courtyards and ashtrays

• Clean sidewalk areas near entryways

• Clean courtyard furnishings

• Clean debris from perimeter of building

• Any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by any member of management.

Job Qualifications:

1. Free of non-treated communicable disease

2. Holds current CPR/First Aid Certification

3. Holds current drivers license

Physical Demands:

1. Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50lbs

2. Ability to bend, squat, and climb stairs

3. Ability to continuously walk or stand

Universal Precautions:

1. Potential exposure to blood and bodily fluids

2. Potential exposure to communicable diseases

Salary : $16 - $18
