Compensation
This is a commission-based role with a transparent tiered structure:
Annual Funded Loan VolumeCompensation Rate
$0 – $500,0001.75% (175 bps)
$500,001 – $1,000,0002.00% (200 bps)
$1,000,001 – $2,000,0002.25% (225 bps)
$2,000,001 2.50% (250 bps)
The more you close, the more you earn. Your compensation rate increases with your annual funded volume.Requirements
- Passed the NMLS SAFE Exam (active state license or in process)
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Prior mortgage experience preferred, but training is available
