We are seeking a midlevel associate to join our Cyber / Data / Privacy (c / d / p ) practice group in Washington, DC , focusing on litigation and regulatory enforcement investigations involving privacy and data security matters. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in regulatory investigations or litigation, including consumer protection issues and defending data privacy and security class actions. This is a unique opportunity to join an expanding, award-winning team and work on high-profile cases in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities :
- Handle litigation and regulatory enforcement investigations related to privacy and data security.
- Defend data privacy and security class actions, including claims under the Stored Communications Act, wiretapping, and data breaches.
- Lead significant projects and engage directly with clients.
- Work closely with a team of over 30 attorneys across the US, UK, Europe, and Asia.
