General Maintenance Technician / Property Turnover Specialist

We're looking for dependable, self-motivated individuals who take pride in their work and understand the importance of showing up on time, working safely, and representing the company professionally.
Responsibilities
- Complete residential maintenance and repair work
- Perform property turnover (make-ready) services between tenants
- Basic carpentry, drywall, painting, and trim work
- Install doors, locks, cabinets, fixtures, and hardware
- Basic plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, drains, etc.)
- Basic electrical repairs (switches, outlets, light fixtures)
- Flooring repairs and installation as needed
- General punch-list items
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with management regarding job progress
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Represent Mission Ready Repairs professionally while on customer and government properties
Qualifications
- Experience in residential maintenance, construction, or skilled trades preferred
- Ability to perform work independently
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Must own basic hand tools
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Must be dependable and punctual
Preferred Qualifications
- Military experience is a plus
- Experience with military housing maintenance
- Experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, or painting
- OSHA or trade certifications
- Ability to pass a background check required for base access
