TEXAS DEDICATED DRIVER - CRUDE OIL TANKER

We currently have 3 immediate openings to transport crude oil all over south TX to east TX to north TX. Drivers must be experienced and reliable Class A CDL drivers. Crude oil and tanker experience is required with 1 year of verifiable experience. These are full-time permanent positions.

Mission Petroleum Carriers has recently increased our training pay, hourly demurrage pay, and trainer pay!

Full time Crude oil Driver Job Description:

  • Transport crude oil in accordance with API (American Petroleum Institute) standards, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Safely operate a tanker truck to transport crude oil from tank battery locations to designated offloading facilities.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tanker truck and equipment to ensure safe operation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Load and unload crude oil at tank battery sites and offloading facilities, following established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Monitor equipment performance and promptly report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including mileage, hours of service, and delivery documentation.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, including but not limited to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and other team members to coordinate transportation activities and ensure timely delivery of crude oil.
  • Uphold a commitment to environmental stewardship by preventing spills, leaks, and other environmental hazards during transportation operations.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service in all aspects of job performance.

Full-time Crude Oil Driver Requirements:

  • Must have valid Class A CDL with an X Endorsement
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • 1-year verifiable tractor/trailer experience required (tanker preferred)
  • Clean driving record

  • Schedules: 5/1, 5/2 or 5/1 (if working in a different region; i.e... STX vs NTX)
