KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
- Oversee the daily operations and organization of the office.
- Handle expense reports and account receivables.
- Assist the CEO with administrative duties.
- Answer phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Take detailed notes at management and company meetings.
- Assist in the onboarding of new hires.
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary.
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences.
- Schedule meetings and maintain the calendar of the CEO.
NECESSARY SKILLS / PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING:
- Exceptional communication and people skills - can represent the company with professionalism and confidence
- Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Experience with general office equipment and the ability to troubleshoot problems with them when they arise
- Organizational skills and the ability to maintain a filing system
- Proficiency in MS Office. Familiarity with QuickBooks and Adobe Design is a plus
- A bright and positive, can-do, solutions-oriented attitude - especially under pressure; stays upbeat, creative, and goal-focused despite setbacks

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Available to work 40 hours per week
- Reliable transportation
- Lift a minimum of 25lbs
