With four group homes in Ronan and Polson, a day center, and off-site support services, our team is dedicated to empowering individuals to live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives.

Position Overview

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve their goals and lead enriched lives. You will provide hands-on support with daily living skills, encourage community involvement, and promote independence in a caring and respectful way.

We are hiring for full-time and on-call positions, with day, swing, and overnight (graveyard) shifts available.

Compensation

• On-Call: $15.00 – $15.50 per hour

• Full-Time: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respectful, person-centered support in group homes, the day center, or community settings.

• Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and household tasks.

• Support individuals in developing skills, achieving personal goals, and participating in recreational and community activities.

• Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.

• Accurately document services provided, progress notes, and incident reports.

• Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and families to ensure consistent, quality care.

• Respond to emergencies calmly and effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record preferred.

• Certification in First Aid, CPR, and Medication (can be obtained through MME during onboarding).

• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment physical screening.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to supporting individuals with diverse abilities.

• Experience in caregiving or working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred, but not required — we provide training!
