With four group homes in Ronan and Polson, a day center, and off-site support services, our team is dedicated to empowering individuals to live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives.
Position Overview
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve their goals and lead enriched lives. You will provide hands-on support with daily living skills, encourage community involvement, and promote independence in a caring and respectful way.
We are hiring for full-time and on-call positions, with day, swing, and overnight (graveyard) shifts available.
Compensation

On-Call: $15.00 – $15.50 per hour

Full-Time: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Provide respectful, person-centered support in group homes, the day center, or community settings.

Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and household tasks.

Support individuals in developing skills, achieving personal goals, and participating in recreational and community activities.

Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.

Accurately document services provided, progress notes, and incident reports.

Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and families to ensure consistent, quality care.

Respond to emergencies calmly and effectively.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record preferred.

Certification in First Aid, CPR, and Medication (can be obtained through MME during onboarding).

Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment physical screening.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to supporting individuals with diverse abilities.

Experience in caregiving or working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred, but not required — we provide training!
