Mission Montessori is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Teacher to join our Infant and Young Toddler Team, working Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM with children ages 6–24 months.

Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care for infants and toddlers, including diapering, food preparation, feeding, and all daily caretaking needs.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to deliver the highest quality of care.
- Assist w/ maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
- Read stories, sing songs and oversee activities that support the Montessori learning environment
- Support children’s emotional, social, and cognitive growth through individualized attention.
Requirements
- 12 College Units in Early Childhood Education or Child Development including 3 units of infant/toddler-currently enrolled okay (REQUIRED)
- Experience working with young children (preferably infants and toddlers)
- Ability to lift children up to 30 lbs and move easily between floor and standing positions
- A genuine love for young children and a passion for early childhood education
