General Tasks
- Primary Care Services: Conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, and provide routine primary care to improve patient health outcomes.
- Patient Assessments: Take medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Chronic Disease Management: Develop and manage treatment plans for chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Administrative Duties: Include but not limited to assisting with opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow-up, verifying insurance, collecting payment, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Preventive Care: Administer vaccinations, conduct health screenings, and educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyles.
- Collaboration: Work with supervising physicians, nurses, and medical assistants to deliver
comprehensive care.
- Community Outreach: Participate in outreach activities to raise awareness about the mobile clinic’s services and engage with the community.
- Actively participating in leadership-level planning for the best growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements

- Education:
- Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program, with current NCCPA (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants) certification.
- Currently licensed or eligible for Missouri PA licensure, with a collaborative practice agreement in place
- Experience:
- Clinical experience in primary care or community health preferred
- Experience with EHR preferred
- Performance: Able and willing to provide world-class service to all stakeholders

Work Environment
100% Onsite – PA is expected to travel with the mobile clinic team to nearby mobile health locations. This role is based out of Poplar Bluff, MO.
Salary & Benefits
- 80 PTO hours available after the first 60 days of service
- Medical insurance – 100% employer contribution, participating plans
- $10K Life insurance – 100% employer contribution
- Dental/Vision – employee contribution
- 401K – 120 days eligibility is fully vested with up to a 4% match
- Weekly payday, every Friday
- Quarterly profit sharing, up to 20% of annual wages, and an Open Book Management organization
