Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some work from home. The Ad Operations Specialist will manage and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, analyze campaign performance data, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. The role includes coordinating with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless execution of ad campaigns, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining detailed reports on campaign progress. The Ad Operations Specialist will also contribute to the development of innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration with internal teams and external clients
- Background in marketing and sales with an understanding of creating and managing ad campaigns
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
