Job Summary
Mission Maids is looking for dependable, professional cleaners to join our growing team! We provide recurring residential cleanings as well as short-term rental and Airbnb turnover cleanings throughout the Tuscaloosa and Northport areas.
Our cleaners help create clean, welcoming homes for families and guests. We are looking for team members who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and can be counted on to show up ready to work.
Responsibilities:
- Arrive on time and complete assigned cleanings efficiently
- Perform standard residential cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen cleaning, and bathroom cleaning
- Complete short-term rental and Airbnb turnover cleanings, including changing linens, making beds, restocking supplies, removing trash, and preparing the home for incoming guests
- Follow cleaning checklists and company standards
- Report damages, maintenance concerns, or low supplies
- Create a clean, fresh, and welcoming environment for customers and guests
Requirements — PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU MEET ALL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Minimum of 2 years of professional house-cleaning experience
- Must be comfortable cleaning homes with pets
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Must be available Monday through Friday, with weekend availability for short-term rental turnovers as needed
- Must be willing to travel throughout Tuscaloosa and Northport

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
