Systems Integrator (Senior‑Level)

Mission Intelligence Group is seeking a Senior‑Level Systems Integrator to lead and oversee integration efforts across complex GEOINT systems‑of‑systems. This role supports mission‑critical capabilities across the National System of Geospatial‑Intelligence (NSG), Allied System of Geospatial‑Intelligence (ASG), and Federal mission partners.

Your Role

As a Senior‑Level Systems Integrator, you will provide technical leadership and delivery oversight for integrated solutions spanning cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid environments. You will ensure end‑to‑end system integrity, guide integration execution, and enable reliable GEOINT operations across enterprise architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support systems integration activities across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies to ensure timely and accurate GEOINT
• Maintain a total systems perspective, identifying dependencies, relationships, and requirements across cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid environments
• Provide technical oversight of infrastructure and security domains supporting integrated mission solutions
• Assist in overseeing the preparation of engineering plans and site installation technical design packages
• Guide and mentor Mid‑ and Junior‑level Systems Integrators
• Ensure integration efforts follow defined processes, tools, standards, and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field, or equivalent experience:
  • 4 additional years of experience with no degree, or
  • 2 additional years with a non‑STEM degree
• 12 years of systems integration experience in government or industry integrating:
  • Large, complex System‑of‑Systems, or
  • Service‑Oriented Architecture (SOA) environments
• Experience supporting cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid infrastructures
• Prior NGA and/or NSG/ASG program or project experience
• Prior IC or DoD program/project experience
• Active TS/SCI clearance, with ability to obtain SCI and successfully pass a polygraph

Desired Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field
• Working knowledge of Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) processes, tools, and languages
