Systems Integrator (Senior‑Level)
Mission Intelligence Group is seeking a Senior‑Level Systems Integrator to lead and oversee integration efforts across complex GEOINT systems‑of‑systems. This role supports mission‑critical capabilities spanning the National System of Geospatial‑Intelligence (NSG), Allied System of Geospatial‑Intelligence (ASG), and Federal partners.
Your Role
As a Senior‑Level Systems Integrator, you will provide technical leadership and oversight for planning, implementing, testing, and sustaining integrated solutions across cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid environments. You will ensure system integrity, guide integration activities, and support reliable GEOINT delivery across enterprise architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support systems integration activities across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies to ensure timely and accurate GEOINT
- Oversee a total systems perspective, including dependencies, relationships, and requirements across cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid environments
- Provide technical oversight of infrastructure and security domains supporting integrated solutions
- Assist in overseeing the preparation of engineering plans and site installation technical design packages
- Guide and mentor Mid‑ and Junior‑level Systems Integrators
- Ensure integration approaches follow defined processes, tools, and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field, or equivalent experience:
- 4 additional years of experience with no degree, or
- 2 additional years of experience with a non‑STEM degree
- 12 years of systems integration experience in government or industry integrating:
- Large, complex System‑of‑Systems or
- Service‑Oriented Architecture (SOA) environments
- Experience supporting cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid infrastructures
- Prior NGA and/or NSG/ASG program or project experience
- Prior IC or DoD program/project experience
- TS/SCI clearance, with ability to obtain SCI and successfully pass a polygraph
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field
- Working knowledge of Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) processes, tools, and languages
