In the role of Loader/Assembler, the primary tasks require hands-on experience assembling household/retail products such as grills, patio furniture, vanities, shelving, etc. according to instructions as applicable.
Note: Factory or line assembly experience alone does not meet this requirement.
The Loader/Assembler will organize the warehouse and assist with loading/unloading freight.
This position is full-time, working 30–35 hours per week, with day shifts only.
Major Duties:
- Professional and effective customer service.
- Efficiently load/unload merchandise and supplies.
- Ensure organization and safe stacking of merchandise.
- Follow assembly instructions.
- Inventory parts/tools during the assembly process
- Inspect and verify the functionality of merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
- Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.
- Follow company procedures and directives.
- Lifting up to 90 - 100 pounds.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required:
- 1 – 2 years of experience assembling household/retail inventory.
- Submit a “paper” application with Driver's License or State ID.
- Pass background check.
- Pass a drug screening.
- Successful references check.
