Job Summary and Qualifications
Role Summary: Scheduling appointments and registering patients to support the clinical practice. Provide excellent customer service and complete a variety of duties associated with daily operations. Provide back up support for Practice Specialist I.
What qualifications you will need:
- Required Education: High School diploma or GED
- Preferred Education: None
- Required License: None
- Preferred License: None
- Required Experience: One year experience in a customer service role or healthcare setting.
- Preferred Experience: Two years of experience in a customer service role or healthcare setting. Experience working with practice management software including scheduling and registration.
