Job Summary And Qualifications
Oversees pharmacy campus operations, programs, transitions and activities consistent with the pharmacy directors’ and Senior Leadership’s objectives.
Essential Accountabilities:
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
Preferred Education: Master's Degree
Required License/Certification: licensed Pharmacist, BCLS may be required for those leaders providing patient care
Required Experience: Five years of hospital technical and managerial experience in pharmacy. Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, Internet and Intranet software, e-mail

Job Summary And Qualifications

- Establishes objectives to accomplish department/hospital’s goals
- Supports the financial management for area
- Manages departmental operations to ensure area meets or exceeds the expectations of customers
- Oversees the management of the flow of pharmaceutical product and staff between all pharmacy service campuses to ensure processes are efficient and effective in meeting department goals and objectives
- Provides pharmacy service leadership through people who have a direct impact on the department’s/hospital’s area of responsibility
- Participates in leadership growth and development.
