Compensation: Up to $115,000 per year with a generous annual bonus structure for performance excellence.

What You’ll Do
- Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership to the nursing department.
- Oversee resident care delivery, quality, and compliance.
- Foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff.
- Collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to meet facility goals.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations.
✅ Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (Kansas or compact state eligibility).
- Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership experience (DON, ADON, or Nurse Manager).
- Skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
