Asheville Cardiology Associates (ACA) is seeking an experienced advanced practice provider to join our expanding general cardiology practice in Asheville, North Carolina.

Job Summary:
Asheville Cardiology Associates (ACA) is seeking an experienced advanced practice provider to join our expanding general cardiology practice in Asheville, North Carolina.
Qualified Candidates:
- Completion of an accredited physician assistant or nurse practitioner program with appropriate certification exams
- Has, and maintains, current license with the North Carolina Medical Board
- BLS, ACLS certification required
- Cardiology APP experience preferred; and/or cardiology clinical rotations
- Hybrid Role - IP /OP Position
- Schedule is a mix of 12 and 10 hr. shifts
- APP will split time between the office and hospital
- Performs admissions, discharges, consults and general rounds on cardiology patients in the hospital
- Works autonomously seeing patients in the outpatient clinic setting
- Inpatient days only; 12 hr. shift; 7A-7P
- Split days include inpatient in am; clinic in pm; 10 hr shift; 7A -5P
- Outpatient only days; 10 hr shift; 7A-5P
- Inpatient coverage will include occasional weekend shifts

- Asheville Cardiology Associates is the largest cardiovascular diseases practice in western North Carolina with more than 35 cardiologists and 25 advanced practice providers who provide a full range of cardiac care including subspecialties of interventional (including structural heart disease), electrophysiology (including complex ablation), imaging (including dedicated cardiac MRI), general cardiology and advanced heart failure
