Job Summary And Qualifications
The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for the clinical operational and administrative oversight for all departments in the absence of the Managers and Directors.
Essential Accountabilities:
Required Education: Bachelors Degree
Preferred Education: Master's Degree

Medical specialties offered include family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, emergency medicine, general surgery, orthopedics, urology, obstetrics and gynecology, and walk-in, non-emergency care at Mission My Care Now McDowell. Five of Mission Hospital McDowell’s primary care practices have been recognized by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services as Rural Health Clinics.

The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for the clinical operational and administrative oversight for all departments in the absence of the Managers and Directors.

- Coordinates Patient Placement
- Serves as administrative Liaison
- Responsible for Staffing
Required Education: Bachelors Degree
Preferred Education: Master's Degree
Required License/Certification:
- Must have and maintain current license as a registered nurse in North Carolina or one of the compact states as defined by North Carolina Board of Nursing, and must have and maintain current BCLS.
- In Member hospitals, certification in ACLS and/or PALS may be required.
