As a Housekeeping Staff member, you play an essential role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean resident rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
- Perform deep cleaning of rooms after resident discharge
- Prepare rooms for new admissions
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Follow all safety protocols, policies, and regulatory guidelines
- Provide friendly, respectful service to residents, families, and team members
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to perform job duties
- 8-hour shifts
- Every other weekend required
