As a CNA, you play a vital role in providing total care to our residents, including:
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, walking, transferring, skin care, toileting, oral care, and catheter care
- Recording vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, weight) and conducting range-of-motion exercises
- Observing and reporting changes in residents’ condition, behavior, or appetite
- Maintaining confidentiality and following HIPAA regulations
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, visitors, and team members through a warm and professional approach
- Completion of a state-approved Nurse Aide Training Program
- Current Kansas CNA certification/registration
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Desire to work with seniors
