Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve meals to residents, including setting up trays, serving regular meals, and preparing snack items
- Deliver food and beverages to residents in accordance with dietary guidelines and individual meal requests
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, including picking up food and trash, cleaning tables, chairs, and food service equipment and utensils
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- No experience required, but a willingness to learn is necessary
- Solid communication skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate resident needs
- Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and interact with residents, vendors, and team members
- Experience in an assisted living facility or restaurant is preferred but not required
