Must be: Licensed and Registered Dietitian in applicable state(s)
MAJOR JOB FUNCTIONS:
Required: Skill in motivating, coaching, and supervising foodservice personnel
Hybrid role - both onsite and work from home
- Travel required 50% of the time
- Facilities covered located in: Colby, Downs, Haviland, Hutchinson, McPherson, Onaga, Pratt, Smith Center, Wakefield, Wilson - KS.
Must be: Licensed and Registered Dietitian in applicable state(s)
MAJOR JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provide support to newly hired and non-certified managers in assigned region.
- Assist as directed with education and training for dietary managers in assigned region.
- Provide clinical dietitian services including but not limited to documentation and participation in community clinical meetings both in person and remotely according to current practice standards.
- Monitors and performs sanitation and safety inspections monthly and as needed.
- Monitors and performs meal service inspections monthly and as needed.
- Enforces state and federal regulations.
- Assist with completion of mock surveys.
- Assist in projects as needed under the direction of the Director of Food Hospitality & Nutrition.
- Attends and helps with planning and preparation for Dietary Manager meetings.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Required: Skill in motivating, coaching, and supervising foodservice personnel
- Intermediate computer skills
- Mathematical and numerical skills; mechanical aptitude helpful
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Current awareness of legislation and regulations influencing the practice of standards of care
- Licensed and Registered Dietitian in applicable state(s)
- Experience in long term care setting
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
