About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse with Botkin Care and Rehab, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your duties will include:
- Providing direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments
- Assisting in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to the healthcare team
- Collaborating with other members of the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and staff education programs
