- Be the Marketing Face to the Frontline: Act as the primary liaison between Marketing and branch teams, ensuring alignment and readiness for campaigns.
- Lead Campaigns & Promotions: Translate product launches and marketing initiatives into effective branch and member experiences.
- Own Member Communications: Manage creative review and deployment of key member-facing materials across channels.
- Drive Branch Merchandising Strategy: Oversee signage, digital screens, and in-branch experiences for remodels and new openings.
- Champion Digital-to-Physical Integration: Create seamless member journeys by merging digital tools with physical environments.
- Measure & Optimize: Track KPIs, analyze performance, and report actionable insights to leadership.
- Ensure Compliance & Brand Integrity: Review materials for regulatory and brand standards.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 7 years in marketing, with expertise in retail/product marketing and physical merchandising. Financial services experience is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe; Figma/Canva a plus
- Familiarity with digital signage CMS and merchandising best practices
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to inspire and build trust.

- Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
