• Research and recommend enhancements to branch processes and technology.
• Coordinate and manage tasks for branch-focused initiatives, collaborating across departments and with external partners.
• Create, update, and publish procedures and forms on our internal Hub.
• Process and reconcile reports, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, administer notary and Chexsystems processes, and assist with fraud mitigation and retirement-related reviews.
• Maintain knowledge of federal regulations and internal policies, completing all required compliance training.

Here is what we are looking for:

• Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (2 years of experience = 1 year of education).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a financial institution with progressive responsibilities.
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, and project coordination. Excellent writing and organizational skills.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Symitar, OnBase, Verafin, and other operational tools.

Base Pay/Salary: *$24.00 - $30.00 per year

• Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
