- Support daily branch operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Coach and motivate team members to achieve sales and service goals.
- Assist with member transactions, new accounts, and lending—including real estate loans (with MLO status).
- Help create a welcoming environment that promotes Mission Fed’s products and services.
- Participate in recruiting, training, and performance development for branch staff.
- Contribute to branch marketing plans and community outreach initiatives.
Here is what we are looking for:
- Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3 years in financial services, including sales, lending, and operations. Supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office; Symitar experience is a plus.
- Willingness to obtain Notary and Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) credentials.

Base Pay/Salary: $28.00 - $34.00 an hour*
- Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
