Loan Servicing - Real Estate Loan Servicer II

Mission Federal Credit Union is looking for an experienced Real Estate Loan Servicer II to join our Loan Servicing team. In this highly detail oriented role, you’ll support our members, ensure loan accuracy, manage key loan servicing functions, and help uphold our commitment to exceptional service.

• Deliver exceptional member support
• Set up and quality check new mortgage loans
• Manage subordinations, modifications, and PMI removals
• Process credit disputes and SCRA/CMVC requests
• Track loan maturities, balloon payments, escrow holdbacks & more
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and a seamless member experience

Here is what we are looking for:

• 3 years of loan servicing experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
• Experience with MSP, Servicing Director, or Symitar is a plus

Base Pay/Salary: $20.00 - $26.00 an hour*

• Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
