What are the responsibilities and job description for the Consumer Lending Operations - Consumer Loan Funding Processor position at Mission Fed?
Join our Consumer Lending Operations team and help bring our members’ loan needs to life! We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Consumer Loan Funding Processor who can ensure accurate, timely loan funding while delivering excellent service to branches, the Contact Center, and our members.
Here are some of the details about this exciting opportunity:
- Finalize consumer loan funding by reviewing stipulations and verifying required documentation
- Communicate with members and staff about missing information
- Verify contracts, insurance, payoff details, and LTV compliance
- Prepare loan documents for e‑signature and ensure accurate disbursement of funds
- Resolve funding errors and support branches and the Contact Center with loan questions
- Assist with loan servicing tasks and participate in system testing and lending projects
Here is what we are looking for:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of auto loan processing experience with a financial institution
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, structured environment
- Experience with Symitar, MeridianLink, and Microsoft Office is a plus

Base Pay/Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour*
*Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
