What You’ll Do

Build strong relationships with customers, asking the right questions to understand their operations and challenges. - Collaborate to Create Solutions
Partner with our talented engineering team to concept custom automation systems that deliver measurable ROI and reflect our high standards. - Lead the Customer Journey
Guide customers from first contact through post-installation follow-up with clear, honest communication at every step. - Drive Growth Through Trust
Earn repeat business and referrals through responsiveness, transparency, and a customer-first mindset. - Stay Curious, Keep Learning
Bring market insights and new ideas back to the team to help shape our offerings and approach. - Be There in Person
On-site visits are key to understanding customer operations and earning trust. Travel is part of the job.
What You Bring
- A humble, curious approach to solving problems and building partnerships
- 3 years in custom automation, preferably with concepting or design/build experience
- Strong communication skills—whether it's a sketch on a napkin, a CAD model, or a conversation
- A technical foundation (engineering or machine design background is a plus)
- A self-starter mindset with follow-through, attention to detail, and customer-first thinking
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
