Position Overview

We’re seeking a Product Manager to drive innovation and standardization in advanced electrical distribution solutions across low-voltage (LV), medium-voltage (MV), and direct current (DC) architectures. Reporting directly to the VP of Innovation, you’ll lead the productization of modular power systems, eHouses, controls, UPS integration, and next-generation data center infrastructure.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, market needs, and business strategy—transforming complex engineering concepts into standardized, scalable products that deliver customer value and accelerate growth. You’ll own the product lifecycle from market research and concept development through launch, adoption, and end-of-life, ensuring our portfolio remains competitive and future-ready.

Our solutions provide reliable, high-performance data center infrastructure to industries including Hyperscale & Cloud providers, healthcare, telecommunications, manufacturing, power & utilities, and more.

What You’ll Do

Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management

  • Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for LV/MV/DC distribution systems, modular power solutions, eHouses, UPS integration, and controls.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Translate customer and industry requirements into clear product specifications.
  • Manage product lifecycle, including launch, updates, and retirement.
  • Ensure alignment with company innovation goals and financial objectives.

Solution Development & Standardization

  • Collaborate with Engineering to transform custom solutions into standardized, repeatable offerings.
  • Develop product documentation, specifications, and technical collateral.
  • Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize cost, performance, and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant U.S. codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, UL, ANSI).

Customer & Market Engagement

  • Partner with Sales to position products effectively in competitive opportunities.
  • Engage with customers, consultants, and industry stakeholders to validate product concepts.
  • Present product roadmaps and solutions to executives, technical teams, and end-users.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform continuous improvement and product evolution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Finance to build accurate cost models and pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate with Project Management and Operations to ensure product feasibility and delivery.
  • Provide insights to Product Development teams to guide innovation priorities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and launch plans.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Stay current on industry trends in LV/MV/DC distribution, modular solutions, UPS systems, and data center technologies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product management processes and tools.
  • Contribute to the development of standard templates, best practices, and product frameworks.
  • Participate in post-launch reviews to capture lessons learned and refine future offerings.

Why This Role Matters

As a Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of data center infrastructure. By productizing and standardizing advanced LV/MV/DC electrical architectures and UPS-integrated systems, you’ll enable scalability, reliability, and sustainability for customers who depend on mission-critical power.

Your work will directly impact our ability to compete in a rapidly evolving market, deliver innovative solutions, and support the transition to cleaner, more efficient energy systems. High-performing Product Managers will have opportunities to advance into senior product leadership roles or strategic innovation positions.

Our Environment

You’ll thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where innovation and customer focus drive success. We value bold thinking, continuous improvement, and technical excellence. You’ll have access to cutting-edge technologies, strategic projects, and a team committed to redefining power solutions for the data center industry.

We support your professional development with training, mentorship, and opportunities to lead impactful initiatives. Your contributions will be recognized, and you’ll have a clear path to grow your impact and career.
