Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using Autodesk Revit.
- Produce comprehensive construction documentation packages, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
- Manage document control processes, including versioning, approvals, and audit readiness.
- Lead and coordinate Revit teams, setting standards, workflows, and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless project coordination and clash resolution.
- Develop and deliver Revit-based training programs to improve team capability and standardization.
- Support project delivery across commercial and data center sectors, ensuring adherence to timelines and technical specifications.
Qualifications & Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit for both drafting and model coordination.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD for 2D drafting and legacy drawing support.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam for document review, markup, and collaboration workflows.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation standards and practices.
- Proven understanding in managing Revit and workflows.
- Ability to conduct and interpret markups and revisions accurately.
- Effective communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with SolidWorks
- Experience with AutoCAD Electrical
