Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Catering Event and Delivery Teammates, located in Frederick, MD. Team members will be responsible for preparing and delivering catering orders, providing exceptional customer service during events, setting up and maintaining catering displays, and ensuring timely, professional, and accurate deliveries. Responsibilities include coordination with the catering team and actively contributing to the overall success of events, while upholding the values of MISSION BBQ.
Qualifications
- Experience in Food Service and Catering preparation a plus.
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to create a positive guest experience
- Proficient Communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with the team and interact with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for delivery responsibilities
