This person will develop content ideas that convert — crafting ad copy, landing page text, and email messaging that all work together to tell one cohesive story.

This role is hands-on — you’ll not only develop the messaging strategy but also write the copy for each piece of creative.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop content strategy and messaging direction for paid social campaigns, landing pages, and email sequences
- Write conversion-focused copy for ads, headlines, CTAs, and landing pages that align with client goals
- Collaborate with designers and media buyers to ensure copy and visuals align for maximum performance
- Interpret campaign performance data to refine messaging and creative direction
- Create and maintain content frameworks, testing strategies, and copy templates
- Research client audiences to develop tone, angles, and storytelling that resonate
- Stay up to date with trends in digital advertising, CRO, and direct-response copywriting
Required:
- 2 years of experience in digital content strategy, performance marketing, or direct-response copywriting
- Strong portfolio of ad copy, landing page content, or email campaigns that drove measurable results
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Understanding of digital funnels and how content impacts conversion rates
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team and deliver high-quality work on tight timelines
- Available to work U.S. hours (part-time, 0–20 hrs/week)
- Fast, reliable internet and high attention to detail
Preferred:
- Experience with Christian organizations, nonprofits, or faith-based brands
- Familiarity with Meta, Google, or LinkedIn advertising platforms
- Basic knowledge of email marketing or marketing automation tools
- Comfort working in systems like Monday.com, Slack, and Google Drive
