What You'll Actually Do

If you're looking for a job where you'll spend your day cranking out generic social media posts, chasing the latest trend just because everyone else is doing it, or making content with no real purpose... this isn't it.

Our clients trust us with one of the most important parts of their business: their brand. That means our job isn't to simply "make content." It's to understand their business, tell their story, connect with their audience, and create content that actually helps them grow.

You'll work directly with business owners and client representatives from our company to brainstorm ideas, capture photos and video, edit engaging content, and help bring each brand's personality to life. Every client is different, every project is different, and every day brings a new opportunity to create something meaningful.

Experience creating content is definitely a plus, but it's not the only thing we're looking for. We want someone who's creative, coachable, adaptable, eager to learn, comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, and genuinely enjoys working with people. Social media changes every day, and we're looking for someone who's excited to keep learning right alongside it.

The Culture

Don't mistake remote for relaxed. We trust our team to manage their time, communicate well, and consistently deliver exceptional work for our clients. We care far more about creativity, initiative, and results than we do about someone sitting behind a desk from 8 to 5.

This role requires a self-starter. For the most part, you'll have the freedom to manage your day, prioritize your projects, and bring ideas to the table without someone assigning every task. We won't micromanage your creativity. Instead, we expect you to take ownership of your work, your deadlines, and your professional growth.

Our clients depend on us, and that means flexibility but also responsibility. You'll work from home, collaborate with the team through cloud-based tools and virtual meetings, and regularly travel to client locations to capture content, attend events, meet with business owners, and tell their stories. You'll need reliable transportation and a professional home workspace for client and internal meetings.

This also isn't a "behind the camera only" position. While you'll spend plenty of time filming, editing, and producing content, you'll also be expected to step in front of the camera when the project calls for it. Confidence on camera, a willingness to try new ideas, and the ability to represent both our company and our clients professionally are essential.

No two days look exactly alike, and that's one of the best parts of this job. One day you might be filming at a dealership. The next, you're editing video, photographing an event, brainstorming campaign ideas, or helping a client jump on the latest social media trend. Variety is part of the job, and adaptability is one of the qualities that makes someone successful here.

We don't expect you to have every answer. We do expect you to take initiative. When you hit a creative roadblock or run into a problem, don't wait for someone else to solve it.
