Miss Tee's Childcare Academy is looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and passionate Early Childhood Teacher who truly loves working with children and wants to make a lasting impact on their lives.
We are seeking someone who is more than a babysitter—we're looking for an educator who enjoys teaching, creating engaging learning experiences, and helping children reach developmental milestones in a safe, nurturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Create and implement fun, age-appropriate lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Build positive relationships with children and families.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom.
- Use positive guidance and classroom management techniques.
- Supervise children at all times while ensuring their safety.
- Support potty training and daily self-help skills.
- Observe and document children's progress.
- Communicate daily with parents using our childcare management app.
- Upload photos, daily reports, and classroom updates.
- Follow Texas Minimum Standards and all center policies.
- Work collaboratively with your team to provide exceptional care and education.

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework (preferred)
- Previous licensed childcare experience (preferred)
- Experience with children ages 18 months–5 years
- Potty training experience
- Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience using childcare management software such as Kangarootime, Brightwheel, or Procare
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day
