Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Create a warm, engaging, and safe classroom environment
- Develop and implement hands-on, age-appropriate curriculum
- Lead fun and meaningful activities in math, literacy, science, and movement
- Support each child’s individual growth socially, emotionally, physically, and academically
- Build strong partnerships with families through open communication
- Use positive behavior guidance strategies
- Track developmental milestones and celebrate progress
- Keep your classroom organized, clean, and inviting
- Continue growing professionally with ongoing training opportunities
What You Need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift 35 lbs
- Comfortable getting up and down from the floor frequently
Extras, we love but are not required:
- Experience in preschool or childcare settings
- ECD 101, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s Degree
