Duties
- Welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm, guiding them through the tea party experience
- Organize and oversee themed activities, games, and entertainment tailored to different age groups
- Manage event logistics including setup, decoration, and cleanup to ensure a seamless flow of activities
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any conflicts or issues promptly with positive solutions
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems for ticketing or merchandise sales
- Assist with food service tasks such as serving tea, snacks, and managing dietary accommodations
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage children and adults alike
- Ability to handle conflict calmly and effectively in a lively setting
- Experience working with children is highly desirable
- Familiarity with retail sales, cash handling, POS systems, and processing transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills for guest interaction
