Requirements: For Daycare Assistant
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- At least one year of child care experience
- References required
- Physical and TB test (must be obtained prior to employment)
- CPR and First Aid must be obtained with 3 months of employment
- Must have NYS fingerprinting completed
- 15 hours of free training required per year

- The ability to communicate with adults, children and parents
- Self-starting-Creativity-Problem solving skills
- The ability to improvise
Duties For daycare assistant required
- Direct care of children
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Following program protocols and procedures
- Multitasking
- Providing children with an educational and supportive environment
- Training and diapering of infants
- Cleaning and sanitizing
Flexible Hours willing to work with college schedule
Full time also optional
