Overview
Miss Cayce's is seeking a creative individual to join our design team. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. As a Designer, you will be responsible for creating wreaths, bows, and teardrop designs that meet our company standards and client's custom needs.
Duties
- Create custom wreaths and teardrops based on the lead designers’ vision and example.
- Adhere to completion schedule for custom orders
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Price design work as needed, display in appropriate area of retail store.
- Work with customers on special orders, provide an estimate, and pull products for custom designs. Call customers when orders are ready.
- Organize and maintain special order and bow order paperwork.
- Participate in annual inventory of floral products.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior work experience in a creative position
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work weekends on occasion
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
