About Us
Miss April’s Music is a growing piano studio dedicated to helping students develop confidence, creativity, and a love for music. We provide engaging, student-centered lessons in a supportive and encouraging environment.
We are seeking a piano teacher who enjoys working with children and is passionate about music education.
Responsibilities
- Teach weekly piano lessons to beginner through late-intermediate students
- Create engaging and effective lesson experiences
- Track attendance and student progress
- Communicate professionally with families as needed
- Prepare students for recitals, concerts, and studio events
- Maintain a positive and encouraging studio atmosphere
Qualifications
- Strong piano performance skills
- Ability to read music fluently
- Experience teaching piano or working with children preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Dependable, organized, and professional
- Degree in music, music education, or related field preferred but not required
Schedule
- Part-time
- Primarily afternoons and evenings
